Leftover pulled pork dinner ideas make it easier to cook at home, since you can simply put up what's left and save on cooking for at least one day. You can find tons of recipes in this collection. I like that with a few flour tortillas, you can have enough for dinner for a family of four.  Add your favorite vegetables to the leftover pulled pork and roll your tortilla.

Leftover pulled pork or beef can also be added to a pie. If you want to make a shepherd’s pie, leftover cooked mince or steak can be used. You can find more pulled pork recipe ideas here.

Blue Cheese Burgers for Dinner Anyone?

If you decide to make blue cheese burgers for dinner, you will be able to enjoy the tangy flavor of the cheese with your burger. While people sometimes mix the blue cheese crumbles with the meat, this causes the cheese to melt out. To solve this problem, the blue cheese is often hidden in the center of the patty.

Make your beef patties using ground chuck beef, garlic, beaten eggs and your seasonings. You should mold each patty so that the blue cheese is hidden in the center of each formed patty.

You have several options for preparing the patties. They can be done in the oven or on a charcoal grill. You can also fry the patties in a skillet until they are golden brown.

You may also choose to make a regular beef patty and serve it topped with slices of Roquefort blue cheese.
